Important : Pls read the Distributor's Agreement & Distributor's Agreement before you download the Application Form.

This Agreement is affirmed and entered by the Distributor on the day and year written in the Application form for KLS Marketing Sdn. Bhd.

1. As a KLS Distributor, I am responsible for my own business. I am not an employee of KLS Marketing Sdn. Bhd. I shall adhere to all rules and
regulations, and I am bound to by the laws of Malaysia.

2. I agree and accept to provide a bona fide marketing and supervisory function to service customers and sponsored distributors regarding KLS
products and Business Plan.

3. I shall maintain my minumum personal sales (BV) and fail to do so, after six month considered as lapse case.

4. I shall release and save harmless the Company from and against all liabilities whatsoever which may result from and actions or omissions as an
independent Distributor

5. I agree to pay all my taxes due as a result of the operation of my distributor with KLS Marketing Sdn. Bhd.

6. KLS Marketing reserves the right to terminate any distributor who directly or indirectly spreads or causes to spread any rumors, remarks, articles
, literatures and or subject the Company to public ridicule, contempt or odium. Such termination shall be without compensation of any kind to the
Distributor but without prejudice to the Company's right to institute whatever legal proceedings deemed necessary for the recovery of any sum of
prestige lost or goodwill suffered by KLS Marketing Sdn. Bhd.

7. The terms and conditions constitude the entire agreement between the Distributor and KLS Marketing Sdn. Bhd. and no ohter promises
representation, guarantees or agreement of any kind shall be valid unless in writing.

8. The Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the Law of Malaysia and all claims, disputes and other matters between parties shall be dealt
with in the appropriate court of law.

9. Should there be any error in the interpretation of contents in all KLS Marketing Sdn Bhd. materials in Bahasa Malaysia, or Chinese, the English
text shall prevail and be binding.

10. I agree that I may not alter, repackage, re-label or otherwise change any KLS product, not I will sell any such product under any name or label
other than authorized by KLS Marketing Snd Bhd. I futher agree that I will refrain from producing, selling and using ( for the other purpose of
advertising, promotion or describing the Company's products) and Marketing Plan, program, writing, recording, or any other materials that have not
been previously approved or provided by the Company.

11. I understand and agree that I may not convey, assign or otherwise transfer any rights arising here under without the prior written consent of KLS
Marketing Snd Bhd.

12. I agree not to use proprietary trade names, trademarks or other property of the Company without the prior written consent of the Company.

13. I will make no claims of therapeutic or curative properties regarding KLS Marketing Sdn Bhd products or claims involving the Company
marketing plan that are not contained in official KLS literature which is produces and distributed by the Company.

14. KLS Marketing Sdn Bhd and its affiliated entities have proprietary rights to its distributor network and list of distributor names, I will not used
any products or services other than those offered through KLS to any KLS Distributor whom I do not personally sponsor and I futher agree that I
may not hold beneficial interest in more than one KLS Marketing Sdn Bhd Distributorship.

15. I certify the accuracy of all information provided by me in this Distributorship Agreement and agree that the providing of false or misleading information authorizes the Company, at its election, to declare this Agreement void from its inception.

16. The Company agrees to make quality products available under the terms and conditions of the Company Marketing Plan and the Policies and
Procedures.

17. KLS Marketing Sdn Bhd agrees to promptly pay bonus due according to the terms and conditions of the Marketing Plan and the Policies and
Procedures.

18. I shall not resell KLS's products at any price other than the selling price fixed by KLS.

19. I agree that I cannot own or have a beneficial interest in more than 1 (one) KLS Distributorship.

20. If I decide not to continue as a KLS Distributors for any reason, I may submit my resignation at any time upon giving 30 days written notice to
KLS. I may keep my Sales Kit but shall not be entitled to any refund whatsoever.

21. I acknowledge that I have read, understood and agreed to the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement.

22. KLS Marketing reserves the right to alter policy in wrting with respect to pricing product particulars and Business Plan and I shall abide by such
new changes.
